At Marchesa, we strive to ensure your couture experience is seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Marchesa designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and remove any previous shipping identifiers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.
